Count Thy Blessings!
I have a lot of things to be thankful for and I’m not even halfway there…
First, my current company, Cheq Systems, Inc. for giving me the opportunity to prove myself and for believing in my capabilities. Because of this, I was able to ‘upgrade’ myself to becoming an automation tester (Fah-nah-lee!). Also, for this nice company jacket:

Next, I am grateful for being a part of my current team, for having an awesome TL and wonderful teammates. I know that the work load is heavy at the moment but I look at it as an opportunity for me excel and further sharpen my skills (both soft and technical). I appreciate that some of my colleagues trust my judgement when it comes to testing and even allow me to coach them if necessary. I am so blessed, I feel fulfilled at the end of the day. Also, I am thankful for the friendship they bring, for always looking after my interest aaaand for letting me have the cheesecake I’ve been craving for, for like, time immemorial ;p

Next, I am grateful that my monito picked up the most expensive gift I listed on my wishlist. Haha! It’s more than the agreed upon gift amount and I appreciate the generosity. I do not want anything for myself this Christmas (except for the fossil bag I’m eyeing, which is not available here in the Philippines, anyway. Or the 32 inches HDTV I’m waiting for my husband to purchase. LOL) especially now that we know the gender of our baby. I’m rather getting more excited to shop for baby stuff or anything in connection to his coming: aircon, baby cabinet, clothes, feeding bottles and sterilizers, crib, stroller or a pram, etc. etc. and the list goes oooon…

Whew! Thank you Lord, keep it coming! :)
